- CLchris lopes5 days ago1.0I ordered online. I came through the drive thru. I was the only car there. Guy was not friendly and could tell he didn't like his job. Got to the window and immediately got asked to go park in the handicapped spot and they'll bring my food out. So I did. But I parked sideways blocking 2 spots because I shouldn't have been asked to pull to the side anyways. Guy brings my food out. Doesn't say a word. No other cars had pulled in or gone through the drive thru. So why was I asked to pull into a handicapped spot? I check my bag. My chili is missing (had a feeling something would be). I go back around through the drive thru. Tell the guy I'm missing my chili. I pull up to second window and the bag is already hanging out the window. Showing that he purposely did it. I ordered 3 meal deals and a chili (because it was free). Not a huge order that should require me to have to pull to the side especially since the while time I was there, literally not 1 car pulled in. It was like 630p.m. not super late at night or something. Tried to complain in the app, did a chat that said 1 min wait time. Waited 15 min and no one answered it so I gave up.
