Came to order was greeted but then she just stood there. Placed my order to go, was told “ok you can go sit down”. After paying. She wasn’t mean. Just awkward odd customer service skills. The order was ready really quick so it wasn’t necessary to sit. Think she just doesn’t like people waiting by the counter. Could still handle the situation better. Aside from that. The food slaps

Last night we ordered online for delivery and got a phone call because they were out of the meat we chose. Whoever answered the phone was so patient and kind, giving us several different options to choose from, and sized up our orders for the inconvenience! A sweet surprise we did not know about until we got our order. I trust The Flying V to always deliver prime customer service and delicious, fresh food every time.
