  My coworker and I went there for lunch with several of our adult special needs consumers. One of the our guys got a sub because he didn't have a lunch. Several of our other consumers already had a lunch. We sat down to eat like we do at any other fast food place and other Subway's in the past and thought nothing of it. Usually staff is excepting and doesn't mind our special needs adults or that some have packed lunches but this wasn't the case with this subway manager. He kept giving us dirty looks and approached me and said us being there was taking customers away.he asked us not to come back. Most rude, disrespectful manager I ever met! Our poor consumers thought they did something wrong and couldn't understand why he was so mean.

  I may regret this, but here it goes - Subway food it great, the people here are great, Service was good - but the ability to translate an order from the Subway app to the desired ordered food needs some work. And to all those reading this review - IF you leave feedback, the follow up from franchisee and regional Subway personnel borders is substantial. Kudos on their attempt, but I left feedback for their internal information - I didn't want further contact - the original issue irritated me already, but as of today I now have had 4 phone call messages from owner in the last 3 days, an email, plus phone messages from their regional office - Consider this your notice - your phone numbers are now all BLOCKED and email is sent to SPAM. This will be my only response - so others may avoid this in the future. Just as I'm not going to the Linden street Subway again, I'm not using the Subway App again - and I'm not returning your phone calls/emails. I'll stick to ordering from my "local" Subway in person where I can discuss all that I want and don't want on my sandwich and cookies. Best Regards.
