The food is always great here. I am not a fan of mayonnaise. This is the only sandwich shop that I will to to because their tuna fish does not come pre packed with mayo. To top it off their sandwiches are made fresh each time.

I paid $15.99 for a HORRIBLE TASTING PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. Seriously, this sandwich is awful and should not be sold here. 🙄🤮 The prices are a bit much. I have no problem paying for good quality food and good service, but this ain't it. Do better. Seriously. Do better. The sandwich should be off the menu. It's not worth the money.

PITIFUL!!! This is what I got after ordering a TWENTY dollar cheesesteak. My boyfriend and I were quite literally SHOCKED when we opened it up. It ruined our dinner experience because we were in disbelief. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. I am including the advertised image for reference too!! Primo used to be my go-to for sandwiches close to the quality of NJ, but NOT ANYMORE! The service is HORRIBLE. Over the years, it’s steadily declined. It takes FOREVER to get through on the phone, IF someone answers. They send out promo texts and no one answers. What a joke! Too often than not, the workers don’t/can’t follow simple directions, and the sandwich isn’t prepared as requested. For the life of me, I can’t understand why you must request that a huge sandwich be cut in half. Who are they used to serving? Their prices have always been on the higher side. I’ll pass. They’re not the only shop in town.
