Primo used to be my go-to for sandwiches close to the quality of NJ, but NOT ANYMORE! The service is HORRIBLE. Over the years, it’s steadily declined. It takes FOREVER to get through on the phone, IF someone answers. They send out promo texts and no one answers. What a joke! Too often than not, the workers don’t/can’t follow simple directions, and the sandwich isn’t prepared as requested. For the life of me, I can’t understand why you must request that a huge sandwich be cut in half. Who are they used to serving? Their prices have always been on the higher side. I’ll pass. They’re not the only shop in town.

Got myself a turkey wrap with no cheese and a little bit of russian dressing on it. And they charged me $19. I called corporate to make a complaint and they told me every Primo charge different prices! Two weeks ago I went to the Primo in easton, Pennsylvania, 25 street shopping center and bought turkey wrap. They charge me $14 with russian dressing. Highly don't Recommend the Primo in Bethlehem Pennsylvania off of Airport Rd. They are a Rip off. You're better off driving to easton to get a better price. Whoever owns the franchise should be Ashamed of themselves! Just check out all their horrible reviews ! You can definitely tell this location hates their customers.

The food is usually right, and when it is the food is quality. Not sure if understaffed but be ready to wait for someone to notice your arrival.

I nearly dislocated my jaw trying to bite into this ridiculously overstuffed sandwich. Why would someone sell a sandwich so packed that it can barely be eaten. I couldn’t even fold the sandwich. It had to be eaten open faced style. And to top it off, I ordered the medium size (9”) thinking it would be a nice sized sandwich for a quick bite on the go. Not the case at all. It was a completely debilitating sandwich. I couldn’t even do what I needed to do today. I had to go home, ice my jaw, and sleep it off. So worth it
