It takes FOREVER to get through on the phone, IF someone answers. They send out promo texts and no one answers. What a joke! Too often than not, the workers don’t/can’t follow simple directions, and the sandwich isn’t prepared as requested. For the life of me, I can’t understand why you must request that a huge sandwich be cut in half. Who are they used to serving? Their prices have always been on the higher side. I’ll pass. They’re not the only shop in town.

I called corporate to make a complaint and they told me every Primo charge different prices! Two weeks ago I went to the Primo in easton, Pennsylvania, 25 street shopping center and bought turkey wrap. They charge me $14 with russian dressing. Highly don't Recommend the Primo in Bethlehem Pennsylvania off of Airport Rd. They are a Rip off. You're better off driving to easton to get a better price. Whoever owns the franchise should be Ashamed of themselves! Just check out all their horrible reviews ! You can definitely tell this location hates their customers.

I couldn’t even fold the sandwich. It had to be eaten open faced style. And to top it off, I ordered the medium size (9”) thinking it would be a nice sized sandwich for a quick bite on the go. Not the case at all. It was a completely debilitating sandwich. I couldn’t even do what I needed to do today. I had to go home, ice my jaw, and sleep it off. So worth it
