  I called Napoli’s this evening because I’ve heard great things about their pizza and was excited to try it. I placed the call at 8:15 PM on a Saturday, with closing time listed as 9 PM. I first asked if they delivered; the woman explained they no longer do, which was completely fine — I just wanted to check. While I was placing my order (two pizzas and a hoagie), the employee repeatedly asked her boss if it was okay to proceed. I could clearly hear him in the background responding with frustration, saying things like, “They better come right now,” and “Nope, I’m not doing that, no way .” The tone and comments made the interaction very uncomfortable. After hearing this, I told the employee to cancel the order and that I would take my business elsewhere. This experience was disappointing and felt unwelcoming. There are many local businesses that appreciate their customers, and unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect that.

  cutest valentines day date ever. the heart shaped pizza was so cute and yummy. the cheese pull on the deep fried penne chicken wrap was insane. genuinely 10/10 for that dish alone. plus, the staff were incredibly nice and the atmosphere was friendly & warm.

  My husband and I finally tried pizza from this place and it was delicious! We had a margherita pizza with garlic knot crust. The red velvet cake and the chocolate peanut butter cup were good too. We definitely will come back here.

  Amazing! We had the heart shaped garlic knot pizza and added tomatoes and garlic and the chicken parm garlic knot sandwich! I am impressed! It’s was good and we have so much to take home! The front counter staff are very respectful and very nice!

  Five stars just isn't enough. When I heard massive portions I didn't realize they mean MASSIVE portions. If you like garlic knots they are so fluffy and fresh and Huge. The fries were soft and plenty of cheese topping. The Deep fried chicken parm vodka wrap was packed with chicken and the garlic knots sandwich was so unique but fresh and plenty of chicken, cheese, and sauce. The gentleman cashier was also very friendly! Cozy place with amazing food and definitely worth stopping in!
