They cannot properly understand English, therefore they get your order wrong and then when you try to modify it at the window, they tell you you have to go back around. The night shift is extremely rude. Went to order food and half of the menu was out. I’ll let the lady in the drive-through now and she told me there’s nothing she can do about that with an attitude then when I got to the window and wanted to add something because I couldn’t see the menu originally she told me that I would have to go around.. Ask the manager what she had multicolored nails on with his hair in a ponytail. He listened to my complaint and simply said that was their policy and closed the window. Very uncomfortable place to go very rude food isn’t that good customer service sucks. Stop eating McDonald’s anyway
