I spent over $ 370.00 only to be given a major attitude from Courtney when I asked her not to throw my food!! She seemed angry and very unhappy and was rushing My food was bagged really bad no organization skills what so ever! When I’m spending $370.00 I’d appreciate my food not being thrown down and bagged with care!!? Courtney never said hello. She never asked for my giant card and she gave me a lot of attitude and told me I had to respect her?! This is not how you speak to a customer spending money in your store I’ve been in customer service for 40 yrs and would never talk back to a customer like Courtney did The manager Victoria wasn’t much better at all ! Never got an apology from either of them just a lot of attitude the whole experience was very painful This will be the LAST time I go to your giant I will take my $$$ elsewhere since your register employee's don’t seem to value customers spending their hard earned money in your store! I already called corporate and made a complaint. Absolutely disgusting the way Courtney spoke to a paying customer! She shouldn’t be FOH if she doesn’t have customer service skills and Victoria has no managerial skills on a positive note the employee gentleman in organic aisle was very kind and helpful and 2 gentleman employees back near deli were very kind FOH needs a lot of work!
