Some examples would be putting cheese when requested to not and giving us hashbrowns instead of munchkins. However, the food is good, especially if you weren't the one whose order was improvised.

- JJJasonOct 21, 20251.0Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. This is my third time at this one, three strikes and you're out. The employees are all terrible and have miserable attitudes. Making fun of me because I didn't know what my wife ordered when I went to pick her order up. She reused to pull up the order number and look if they fullfilled the order I was picking up. All I knew was that she ordered 3 items and they only had 2 of them. Literally had to call my wife and have her send a screenshot of the order, even though it said her name and order number in the LCD panel and that it was ready for pickup. They refused to look up what the third item that was missing was. The also never brought the order to the pickup spot, even though it said it was completed for almost 5 minutes on the screen. I must have waited 25 minutes in total for 2 drinks and a doughnut. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. They were rude to every person that was in front of me as well, regardless of them being high school students, they can still be polite to them because they are still customers. Whoever owns this Dunkin, or manages it, should really be ashamed of themselves.
