    No issue with employee interactions but the food and drinks are very inconsistent. I ordered a frozen chocolate and it was all liquid before I got home 3 minutes down the road.

    On Friday August 29 2025 at 1pm there the service of customer wasn't on hold for no apparent reason the girl was rude. I decided to return in an hour when returning there were 3 people inside but doors closed. At the drive thru she had an attitude taking the orders. Making people wait more. This was the worst customer service I ever seen at Duncan Donuts. Just awful!

    The inside of this Dunkin’ Donuts is nice and spacious. The service was quick and efficient and the workers were extremely pleasant. I’m just wondering why the donuts are so tiny!!! I was going to get chocolate and vanilla frosted and they were so small. I couldn’t believe it. More money for a doughnut these days and super tiny. I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts in the 90s and donuts were big and fluffy and moist, but not much better than three munchkins put together.
