It tasted burnt, and wasn’t made well. 5 women were loudly talking and on their phones, none of which were wearing gloves at any point while serving food and drinks. The counter was a mess, with cartons of milk being left out for who knows how long. This dunkin is usually a hit or miss, but today it was just awful. They gave me extra munchkins though, probably to make up for their sad excuse of what they call customer service and good coffee.

I'm here every day and the coffee just cream is perfect. Bathrooms are clean. Seating area is clean. The owner and the workers all friendly. I'm not saying it's perfect, but if there ever is a problem. If you had a problem, they will make it right, talk to Sha.
