  I had ordered a egg and cheese sandwich and it was so burned I went back in and ask POLITELY if I could have it remade the girl at the front counter was very rude and confrontational she even called me the B word and tried to throw a tip at me after I got upset because she was so rude and was telling me she’s not having the cool remake anything the cool eventually came up front and seen the problem and remade my sandwich whoever she was should NOT be working there and this was today 2/24/2026 VERY DISAPPOINTED and will be calling corporate!

  This was probably the worst DD I have ever been to,Yes the location is great but the manager and staff are horrible the store is basically empty and it still takes 15 minutes to get a egg sandwich while the manager stands and chats with her friend who clearly don’t work there,I must say this place need a revamp and better management on how to run the business properly,It’s called Dunkin’ On The Run that’s why we go there for speedy service,Not to wait for something after an order is put in and watch you do it on your time then get upset when people say something about it,Do your job or get a different one maybe telemarketing since you like to talk so much.Noon Shift 1/31/2026

  Got a coffee and that deal with hash browns and a sandwich. Coffee was cold and hash browns were literally rocks that’s how hard they were than my sandwich was burnt black and hard as well. So I decided to call for 35 minutes straight while I drove there. I walk in tell the girl that’s been me calling she says I don’t Answer the phone lmao got a refund immediately after I showed what I was sold. They might as well close at this point and put a coffee shop there that does good business

  Coffee in the morning used to be good. Now it's not consistent. Coffee in the afternoon is so much better. You can tell the difference between morning staff and the afternoon staff who is much nicer. Adding in 12/24. I stopped in this morning. Coffee was actually good. However the cashier who manning the front took another customer order and fulfilled that customer order first after I placed mine. As she handed me my coffee, she said with an attitude thank you for your review.
