The lady who scooped my rice must’ve thought I was on a keto diet because she gave me practically no rice in my bowl. The chicken was pretty much room temperature and the lettuce was brown and old. Terrible service and quality.

It was 8 pm and they were already cleaning up for closing. The food was cold. We were going to eat sitting down, but we couldn't, so we took our food to go. Terrible service.

On my last visit I arrived earlier than my pick up time and my food was ice cold, inedible, and completely inaccurate with added ingredients we didn’t even order. My family didn’t even eat it and we had to go get food from somewhere else. With that being my third consecutive visit with a problem I reached out customer service for a refund which I have been going back and forth with for a month and half now because they are REFUSING to give me my money back for food I did not consume. Absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. I have now filed a complaint with BBB because I will not stand for the treatment I have received from this company.

When I walked in I was already very hesitant because nobody wanted to come up front. Which I get there are times when things need to be done or help out. But the guy that took my order didn’t want to and kept giving me small portions of everything and then one of his friends came in with his child and was very loud and obnoxious. So instead of finishing my order he just started talking to him and prolonging finishing my order. They really have a lot to work on at this location.
