- CBcaitlyn bFeb 24, 20262.0Placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before going in, only to wait another 10 minutes to get my drink. It tasted burnt, and wasn’t made well. 5 women were loudly talking and on their phones, none of which were wearing gloves at any point while serving food and drinks. The counter was a mess, with cartons of milk being left out for who knows how long. This dunkin is usually a hit or miss, but today it was just awful. They gave me extra munchkins though, probably to make up for their sad excuse of what they call customer service and good coffee.
