- VRvictoria rohachApr 2, 20265.0If you avoid this location because of the poor and slow service you've experianced in the past, I can wholeheartedly promise that this is not the same dunkin. I used to go out of my way or just order from another dunkin, even though I live right around the corner. I have been consistently going here every day for about a year. I'm very happy I decided to give them another chance.

The customer after me was telling them he had been waiting for 35 minutes. I don't blame the employees. 2 employees during breakfast rush seems like a mgmt issue.

The girl working inside complained (clearly annoyed) loud enough for me to hear at the drive through, “Is it not Thanksgiving? Why are people ordering food?” Shouldn’t Dunkin’ be grateful for the business? Next time you want to complain, do it out of earshot of customers. Also, my hash browns were burnt. I will say the woman actually working the window was fine. It was a young woman making drinks in the back that complained. I won’t be back to this location.
