  I was skeptical about this places bad reviews so I decided to give it a try. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Baconator combo. I had to pull ahead after paying and wait for my food. I was the only customer at store. Then I had to go in the store after realizing I wasn't given a straw for my drink. Then my fries were old and not even half filled. But the topper came when I opened the sandwich. It was nit a baconator. It was a burger smothered in lettuce and onions. So I had to go in again. This time it was a bacinator with 2 slices of bacon ripped in half and both patties were old and over cooked. NEVER go here unless you really hate yourself!!!

  I will never go here again. The guy taking the order was rude. When he went to give me my change, I noticed how long and gross his finger nails were. He proceeded to scoop someone else’s fries and his fingers were touching the fries. No gloves. So gross. They messed up my order, but it didn’t matter because we just threw our food out. Waste of time. Disgusted.

  Worst Wendy's ive ever been to. Waited 45 minutes for food and it was cold as ice as a bonus.

  The girl taking the orders who thinks she's a good manager should go through some actual management classes. This place could be a well functioning business as it used to be back in the day, now this place sucks. The service sucks and the food is terrible! They should be ashamed of themselves and the bathrooms are totally disgusting, you can imagine what everything else looks like...

  Worst customer service I’ve had in my entire life, ANYWHERE! The employees were apathetic and either complaining about customers or playing on their phones. I had to wait in the lobby 40+ minutes in order to get my food (5 burgers, 2 fries, 1 chili, 1 salad), after I had placed my order to be ready ‘ASAP’ via the app and drove 15 minutes to get there. I did not raise my voice or insult anyone - yet when I finally got my food and asked to speak with the manager, the employees yelled back that I was “screaming” for a manager (very mockingly…), the manager walks over, smirks at me and says “have a nice day…” as insultingly as possible, then turns around & walks away. I will NEVER step foot in this Wendy’s EVER again in my life - good luck staying open with the kind of service you provided today!
