    This is the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Ordered on the app and went to get my food. The door was locket at 730pm and no one brought my food out. I waited 20 mins and called them and they still didn't make my food. Waited another 20 mins and went through the drive through and was told they still hadn't made my food and to pull forward. Waited there another 20 mins so over an hour at this point to be told that my food still wasn't done and that there's no way I waited for an hour even though my receipt had a time when I ordered my food on it (734pm) and at this point it was 845pm. So I told them to cancel my order and they still took my money and never gave me my food. Edit: it has now been almost 2 weeks and I haven't gotten my money back. They're just stealing from people at this point.

    Look I get it. I work in QSR myself however either there isn’t a general manager at this location or the upper management just isn’t helping every time I go to the store. My order is messed up. I have to wait 20+ minutes and tonight was my last straw standing in the lobby for 15 minutes Wasn’t even waited on yet while the employees are goofing around being lazy and just complaining for everyone to hear I am not going to this location again.

    This wendys location should be a complete embarrassment for the entire company and the fast food industry. I have canceled at least 4-5 online orders that i was going to pick up at the drive thru. I have canceled them due the store being closed 3 hours early for whatever reason, twice i thought the store was closed but it actually wasn't. I just waited at the speaker for 5 minutes for nothing. Recently i canceled because i was told they were no longer taking orders, something happened in the parking lot i have no idea how that affected the orders but whatever. and the most recent time i canceled, despite plenty of workers in the store, no cars moved in the drive thru in 4 minutes. Each time i cancel my order, burger king earns my business. This store deserves 0 stars. It would do better for the community if it was a bank. At least they could operate reliably. Oh and i never got a call back after calling corporate.

    I went inside and ordered a number 1, a biggie bag, and a child's frosty. They placed my order on the counter and when I looked inside it was missing the small fries and frosty so I let them know and received a rude response that "it's coming" and then the person went and started taking another order. I was staring at fries that are ready and it was the beginning of lunch rush so there is no way the frosty machine was empty, or if it was they should have said so. So I'm waiting a couple of minutes and they don't do anything. So I ask again, with a bit more attitude this time I admit, and another worker said that the other girl was working on it. I said, no she wasn't she's taking more orders. I would understand if it was something else other than items that were 100% ready to go like a burger or nuggets. The only response they should have had was, "sorry about that, here you go" as they went and grabbed the fries and frosty the first time I asked then went about taking more orders. They were all very rude and the other people waiting in line agreed with me and even they asked if a manager was around because of how rude they were being. I'm going to stop going to this terribly run store and find a different location.

    Worst Wendy's ever. Waiting on order for over 20 min as they have a social hr with someone that doesn't even work there. Then somehow lost my order and it was my fault to expect to get what I paid for. Manager is absolutely ignorant and she has no place in customer service. Employees are a product of that "leadership". Close this disgusting place down! Absolutely filthy as well. Never again.
