After multiple cars honked behind me and two left due to the excessive wait, I called the store. I was immediately insulted and called profanities by the drive thru attendant, and refused service. When I called back, both the male drive thru attendant and a female on duty verbally berated and insulted me, insulted my wife and myself, and again refused service. Afterwards, over the span of the past 6 hours, employees from this location have called my number to harass and insult me even further. One even left a voicemail with a racial slur. As a disabled veteran two days before Veterans Day, this isn’t the Wendy’s I have frequented hundreds of times. Don’t bother with this location, they don’t want your business and will harass you at 1:30 in the morning if you dare expect them to perform their jobs to the minimal standard.
