Sometimes they don't toast the bagels enough but sometimes they do so it's hard to know when to say double toasted or not say it since I just want it toasted so it's lightly brown ya know? They're really slow, drive-thru especially like they are constantly understaffed or just slow workers. I still prefer this place over the local Dunkin donuts any day.

I drive nearly 30 minutes to go get Brueggers bagels, ignoring the other bagel company store that is less than a mile from my home. It’s absolutely worth the trip though I do wish they would reopen a Peters Twp store.

Remembered my order and is beyond kind! I get the Western sandwich and vanilla cold brew..it is absolutely delicious. GOODBYE STARBUCKS! This cold brew is less expensive and so smooth! The sandwich is really yummy as well. I can't wait to try new things. Thanks Gina for being so welcoming and awesome! Everyone making the food(up front) is also so friendly!!!!!! This is a great location to sit and eat, unwind, and listen to your earpods.

My only complaint is that I came early and the Rosemary bagels were already gone. This happens a lot. I think they need to up the amount of these made if they run out that quickly. Workers are always very polite and efficient. Building is clean and on trend. Seating inside and out. Always enjoy my food here! Recommend! New York-style bagels, plus breakfast & lunch sandwiches are offered. Restrooms available.
