- JCJoe CarpileDec 20, 20251.0Haven’t been to Papa Johns a while but the commercials got me back. It’s a bit concerning how they treat their staff. Just one person work here on a Saturday when Eagles play in a few hours. I ordered about 20 minutes before getting to the shop. They told me another 10 minutes and ultimately took me about an hour to get my pizza. This is likely an issue with all Papa John’s and not just the one i am at today

I called asking the status of my order that was supposed to be delivered at noon and she asked my name 3 times, said I still have to pay, then again did not know who I was or what my order was. I am shocked that someone like this can run a restaurant.
