She truly went above and beyond. She helped alter my order so I could save money and made sure everything was correct. On top of that, she was genuinely the sweetest person ever—friendly, patient, and just so pleasant to talk to. What really stood out to me was that it was my birthday, and she made sure to tell me happy birthday without me even mentioning it. She noticed it when I gave my code, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that honestly made my day. This was my first time ever going to this Taco Bell, and it was such a great experience entirely because of her. Customer service like that is rare and deserves recognition. 10/10 experience. I ordered 1 bean burrito which was correct but I also ordered 2 bean burritos with sour cream and neither one had sour cream. I also ordered 2 double decker taco supremes 1 was correct and the other had no tomatoes. I went through the drive thru so I suggest you check your order before leaving because I tried to call and complain and they didn’t even answer the phone. If I could give a negative star I would.

Food was hot n very good had soft tacos meat n cheese only n crunch wrap chicken. I recommend going . Yea it's not busy during hours so if your not a people person best time to go n enjoy quiet time 10 am to noon
