I'm really not one to bash someone or complain, especially if they work retail or fast food. I understand it can be a tough job but the level of incompetence and laziness at this location keeps increasing and I think corporate should get involved. Making orders late or wrong happens. We're all human but it seems like everytime you order there's an issue. I've placed in store pick up orders an hour in advance but still had to wait 10-15 minutes after arriving at the scheduled pick up time to get my food. I've had multiple orders where I was missing drinks or food. If you ask them to fix it they act inconvenienced or purposefully make you wait longer. If there isnt a wait, the food is often cold. Portions are always inconsistent. They will just throw your order in paper bags that are already ripped or rip once you pick the bag up because they are too heavy and staff will just stare at you as your food falls on the floor, never offering an apology or tying to fix the issue by using plastic bags. If you order through the drive thru they don't even say hello it's just a "what would you like to order" and if you go inside to order they just yell to use the kiosk. Never a smile on anyone's face. I often see staff just sitting around talking amongst themselves while ignoring customers. You never hear a thank you or a you're welcome. They don't act even remotely kind and welcoming to any guest. I have watched several costomers complain while being in line. They truly don't care.

1st thing I noticed, there wasn't an overhead menu, the young lady at the counter informed me I would have to order on the huge screen(kiosk) at the counter. Instructions seemed to say enter 1234. Tried 3 times, no luck. She ran around the counter and began instructing me on how to order on the screen. Many things went through my mind to say, but she was very polite and although my aggravation had peaked, I didn't want to take it out on her. Told her I was too old to learn this new "stuff" and wished her a nice day as I turned and walked out. As I walked to my vehicle my mind wondered at the absurdity of the event. The individual who's traditional job was to take my order was trying to train me to do the order taking job. After ordering would the food prep individual walk out, take me by the hand to the prep area and train me how to make the food? After eating, would I hear the doors lock as the clean up individual begins training me how to mop the floor and take out the trash?
Note to Taco Bell management; Your food's NOT that good. So, good luck.

The last few nights I grab something to snack on before dinner after work and the food has been slop , cold , old shells the fried gorditos are so bad it's like your chewing gum. This location does not care how the food looks like or if the customers are satisfied. Horrible place too eat relocate to another taco bell if I were you.

Stopped in for a quick bite, decided to eat in the young lady that made my food. Did an amazing job hands-down that was extremely good and made properly. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere was much to be desired. Two young ladies were extremely distracted by what seemed to be their boyfriends or something. One of them even took her headset off and was wearing it around seeking attention so that really needs addressed.
