  This was the 3rd time I ordered from them, specifically ordering square cut and they keep cutting it regular. I don't understand the confusion. Also, I ordered original and the crust was the same size as thin crust. I came in and told them about to and they just brushed me off. Never going there again.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Papa John’s Pizza. The food quality was below expectations, but even more concerning was the overall lack of basic hygiene and professionalism. During my visit, the employee handling my order was not dressed in proper uniform, was on their phone while attending to customers, and was not wearing gloves while preparing food. Even more troubling, the same hands were used to handle both vegetarian and meat items without any change in hygiene practices. This raises serious concerns about food safety and cross-contamination. In addition, I attempted to escalate this issue by contacting the franchise multiple times, but received no response or follow-up. The complete lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this scale and reputation. Overall, the experience felt far below the standards expected and more like an unregulated local setup rather than a professional franchise. I strongly urge management to take immediate corrective action to address hygiene practices, employee conduct, and customer service responsiveness.

  Must be under new management. Never had a problem until the other day when I ordered on the app and the pizza never came. I called 10 times no answer. I drove there to see if they were open. They were and the phone was continuously ringing. Was told my pizza was on the way to my house. Nobody wants 2 hour old cold pizza.

  I gave 2 stars because the worker wasn't rude. However, I've never had Papa Johns pizza that tasted like that. All the ingredients tasted old. Like nothing tasted fresh. I'm hoping I don't get sick. A whole pie going in the trash. I ordered on the app and now I'm wishing I looked up reviews first before ordering. Because I would have went somewhere else.
