  Went with party of 6 with a reservation. No food after 1.5 hrs. Manager "forgot" to return with drink order. Whined that we didn't know what he was going through when we questioned him. 2 other tables left with us without their food as well. Do better Outback.

  I would give a negative review if allowed. Prime Time on a Sat, a group of us with show tix @ Parx waited a 90 minutes in a half empty restaurant and NEVER got or food Management tried all kind of excuses. We were one of at least 3 adjacent tables that were never served our food let alone were asked about drink refills

  We always enjoy our meals at Outback in the past. Last night was such a disappointment why did you change your coconut shrimp? The shrimp were big burnt on the outside and raw in the middle and so greasy. The broccoli wasn’t cooked and everything was just so so. The service took forever. I don’t know if they were short staffed or just slow usually the salads come right away we waited forever. Sorry to say we won’t be going back.

  My husband and I went on Saturday for his birthday. I did call ahead and they could not find my name. After 10 minutes of searching...they found it. Still had to wait about 1/2 an hour to be seated. The waiter, Shane, was great. There were many tables complaining about wait times and food, but tbh, they were quite busy. The food was decent, the drink not so much, but we were sure to give a good tip to Shane, as I am sure, through no fault of His Own, the restaurant was having problems. Shane was attentive and sweet, regardless of the issues the restaurant was having that night.

  From the moment walking in here the experience was terrible (minus the server). We put our names in and waited to be seated. Multiple people who came in after us were seated before us. They said it was due to them calling ahead. The thing though? When I walked away from the host stand, my husband saw the two girls give each other looks and smirking. Then almost immediately I get two texts one that says my name is on the list and the other that my table was ready. So… did we just forget earlier or did you mess up and check me off earlier and just let me sit there waiting while you looked right at me every single time you sat someone else. Finally get sat and talked to the manager who had the nerve to say the same thing before I even finished my sentence. So clearly it was talked about in the back. No apology, just excuses. We order our food and wait over 45 mins just to get extremely salty steaks that were way undercooked and a burger that was all grizzle and weird stringy ligament minced meat. It was inedible and so much for the salty side. We ended up waiting forever to get our check due to the amount of people complaining to management about their experience. We witnessed 5 other tables complaining. Management never came back and table touched after we were upset before sitting. What restaurant manager doesn’t check on tables that already had a bad experience? Stopped and talked to one of them on the way out and they were upset about similar things to us. Also then informed us that they never called ahead (they were one of the tables seated before us). Walking out we see a manager gossiping and complaining about tables to the two girls at the host stand when she should be in the kitchen making sure the food is being made and served correctly. Absolutely terrible food, management and hosts.
