    Ordered and paid on the app and got a call stating they didn’t have the dessert I ordered. I said fine and asked for a refund on that one item. It took several calls to the local store and to corporate to get a refund - a refund for $4 less than what I paid for the dessert. I called the manager to inform him and he took no responsibility for the oversight. Never ordering from here again!

    Their delivery guy left part of my order and refused to admit he forgot anything. I had to force him to look at his receipt carefully after which he admitted he forgot. After an awkward silence, he said he'll go back and get it but never returned. Called this store location to resolve this but they didn't answer any of the calls. Regret even tipping this driver upfront and ordering from Papa Johns.

    Don't hassle me for a tip I always tip you all and when I don't ONE time the driver is like "no tip" and I'm like I'm sorry this is all I can provide it happens so thanks to the driver who drives the white RAV4 I have on camera you all will be getting NO tip moving forward He was rude didn't say have a nice day nothing so there goes any tip I would have provided you in the future all over not tipping Once ‼️
