  I called and tried to place an order over the phone and they left me on hold for 10 minutes. I had to call back, finally got someone on the phone and he took my order. I ordered two sirloin steaks one of them well done the other one medium rare. Two baked potatoes with sour cream chives and butter. Two servings of broccoli. I live 30 minutes away. When I got home both Steaks were well done they also forgot both servings of broccoli for each dinner and the sour cream and chives for the potatoes. I called them to let them know about it and see if they could do anything for me and they left me on hold for over another 10 minutes after the woman that answered the phone told me she was transferring me to take out. If I could give a zero star I would

  Don't waste your time here. Put my name in at 6pm for a party of 6, I was told 1 hour wait. At 1 hour they said another 25mins. Finally left at 8:10pm without ever getting seated. Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes. The hostesses couldn't really gaf and have no concept of how long the wait will be. If I had been told it would be over 2 hours from the beginning I never would have put my name in. Never eating at an Outback again, and surely no one there will gaf.

  one of my favorite restaurants..love to stop by here and indulge on a bloomin onion and a great steak..food has always been great during the times i’ve stopped by and the service has been amazing too! can’t wait to stop by again

  Saturday late afternoon at that restaurant? Not the best idea! 😩 Waited forever, then had to chase down my table. The coconut shrimp were amazing, but my steak was practically still mooing! 🥩( I ordered a medium temperature). I will NEVER send food back to the kitchen! My daughter saved the day by finishing it, so no food wasted. 🙏 Might try again, but definitely at a different time or day.#WaitTime #Steak #Shrimp

  This is the worst Outback I’ve ever been to!!! Once I was seated it took 15 minutes for the waiter to ACKNOWLEDGE and FINALLY come come over to our table!! Once the order was placed we waited another 25 minutes for food… food was dropped off with NO NAPKINS NO SILVERWARE…. Asked for the manager he never came… I saw a man walking pass I said are u the manager he said yes I said wow I asked to speak with u 20 minutes ago… I explained my frustration to him he offered us free desserts once we ate the nasty food it took forever for the desserts to come out I order the chocolate thunder one brownie was FRERZING COLD AT THIS POINY I FEEL LIKE IM BEING PRANKED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS DELAY AND AWFUL NEVER AGAIN
