    I had an amazing experience at On The Border during my last visit. The restaurant was clean, lively, and had great customer service. My favorite part was the chips and queso. The chips were warm, and we also requested a basket of unsalted chips, which they were kind enough to accommodate for us. I ordered the vegetarian Pick 3 Burritos, and they were fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly and checked on us often. I recommend On The Border to anyone looking for a happy family night dinner.

    The food was actually really good and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness. The floor really needed to be cleaned there was rice and crumbs everywhere, and it made me a little uncomfortable. I also found a hair in my food, but the manager handled it very professionally. She didn’t charge me and even offered to make me a new dish, which I appreciated, but I was already full. Overall, it’s a good place with good food and good employees, but they definitely need to work on the hygiene and keeping the dining area cleaner.

    Been a longtime customer at this location since the mid-2000s. It filled the void that Chi-Chi's left for Tex Mex and in all the years it's been a favorite of mine and i've rarely been disappointed from my experience. I was afraid quality would get worse but amazingly they've stayed consistent and the prices are still fairly reasonable as well. Even if the mall is struggling, hoping this On The Border continues on for many more years.

    A great place to grab dinner before seeing a movie at the AMC. we sat at the bar and the bartender was so friendly and helpful, the great customer service made the experience even better
