The line was OUT THE DOOR and when I finally got served, all the food was pretty much gone and it was only 7pm. What WAS left, was scraps. If you look behind the counter, the kitchen is absolutely GROSS. The trash in the trash can was 3 feet above being full. There were STACKS of UNWASHED, DIRTY TINS(the trays that the food sits in when served)as if the dishes weren't washed all day. I went home, ate, and then sat in the bathroom all night. Will NEVER go back to that location. I recommend the same to anyone. Drive a few miles to Feasterville or goto langhorne location if you have a choice....

You guys need to get it together. It’s not hard to read ingredients on a screen and then put those in the order. I don’t care if this sounds harsh or arrogant because this is so frustrating. Chipotle doesn’t care.

Once I dug out the gross guac and removed it, nearly half the burrito was empty. The other ingredients, thankfully, are fine, but what is up with these proportions?? First time I've ever had this problem at any Chipotle EVER (and I love Chopotle!). Never ordering from this location again.
- SSSakeeyaDec 8, 20252.0I love this Chipotle. So I got the family meal deal they offer for $60. It's supposed to feed 6 to 8 people. Only 3 of us were able to get everything. The toppings were literally like one scoop. Which is what they give you when you go in for a normal bowl. They put them in small containers. How are 6 people supposed to share a scoop of toppings. It would make sense if they put toppings in two small bowls each for 6 people. Someone couldn't even get rice because it was not enough. It's not worth the money. We would have gotten much more buying bowls individually. However, I thought doing it this way would be faster and better for my family. I don't want to tell people not to buy, but be aware that it most likely will not be enough for 6 people like they advertise and you pay for.
