I came here on 1/3/26 around 4pm. (Had high hopes because Giant has been such a let down lately, instead left with no intention of returning.)
Visited the deli counter, older woman with bangs was working, no other customers. We stood there for a few minutes before she yelled to her coworker “I got it” but then continued to do other tasks instead of helping us. When she did, no greeting just asked what we wanted, we only wanted a pound of imported ham sliced really thin, which I said. She then asked 3 more times what I wanted because she was busy talking about her car to her coworkers. I don’t care if you talk but Atleast treat your customers like they’re human beings. The third time she asked I thought she was messing with me, again we were the only ones there and only wanted one item. Not only did she not cut it thin, they were so thick half of my family refused to eat it. After she cut it she asked if that was all and I said yes, she then asked again with an even bigger attitude, I said yes again. She then hands the ham to me and walks away. Such a miserable person, who absolutely should not be in a position to interact with customers. I may or may not return, but if that woman is working the deli counter I will absolutely be avoiding making purchases there.

Good place to go food shopping. Good prices and always stocked. It's not as big as other stores but I like that it's smaller.

This was the only place with a public bathroom in the area I was in so I stopped in. Of course ended up with some impulse buys but that's the way it goes. Being on the border of the city, I was surprised to see they had plastic grocery bags, since the city banned them years ago. But they still have to card old people when buying liquor;
