    If you order a drink without ice or with light ice this is what you'll get. Other dunkins and starbucks don't do this. Also the manager seems rude to customers and the other employees.

    Our order was messed up so I wrote an email. Sheena, the manager, had left a voicemail the following day and remade our order for us. She is a wonderful person! Thank you Sheena!
