- BJBrandon JenkinsJan 24, 20262.0Haven’t had any issues with the food so far. Employees didn’t seem too happy to be there. My main grief is the fact that every time I’m in there , almost every employee is not wearing gloves.Handling the food with out gloves. Not to mention the drink station is usually coated in sugar from spilled drinks. I can only imagine how often the drink dispenser nozzles are cleaned. Probably not often enough.

The boneless wings were dry on the inside and barely had any sauce on them. I decided to give them one more try today and all the boneless wings were overcooked and dry, hardly any sauce on the outside again. The seasoned fries were wilted and tasted like they sat under a heat lamp all day then they just threw seasoning on them to freshen them up. The Cajun corn had no flavor either..... definitely not the signature cajun corn we've had before from here. At first I thought it was just me but then my daughter tapped out too and said she can't eat the food anymore because it's not good anymore. No more Bellevue Wingstop for us.
- JKJames KilgoreDec 21, 20251.0Was told to cancel an Uber order I was picking up because I refused to fill the drinks, drivers are not required to touch unsealed drinks or food from restaurants--and it is against Pennsylvania health code for us to as well. Employee got upset that I told him this and told me to cancel the Uber order so customer beware if you order delivery from this location, drivers are required to fill the drinks for you apparently. The Pennsylvania health department has been called about this issue as well as Uber.

One of our guys is who ordered firstgot his food in 2 minutes. I ordered last and got mine 15 minutes later. The two who ordered 2nd and 3rd got their food after 30 minutes of waiting in the restaurant. And to top it all off their orders were wrong. Totally unacceptable service.
