  don’t go here. every time i’ve ordered from this location the order is inedible and wrong and the staff is not helpful either. worst dunkin i’ve ever been to since i started going in 2016

  I just went through the drive-thru at like 6:45 a.m. And I ordered snack'in bacon, when I got it there were only two pieces of bacon in my bag and they were both icy cold and so I went back around and I told them what happened. They said they'd get me new bacon, and then when I get up there and I get my new bacon there's more bacon but it's still icy cold, and I used to work there and it should just be coming right out of the oven into a bag and then to the person who ordered it, so I don't know if they're just making all their bacon and then keeping a pile of it in the back. But every time I've gone now for the past 3 days I've gotten cold bacon.

  Went there today and the drive thru was packed so I decided to go inside and order. Went in and stood at the register for 15+minutes as they just kept taking drive thru orders. They would look at me and just ignore me at the register. I left eventually and got coffee from somewhere else. So rude to not even be acknowledged after standing there forever being patient. I would have been helped in the drive thru faster if i waited in the line because apparently they only take drive thru orders and forget everyone that actually gets out of their car to come in. I won't be back to this location. They suck.

  By far the worst dunkin in this area. The staff are extremely rude and unfriendly screw up your orders and then act like it's your fault. One day I was given the wrong order altogether and the employees proceeded to scream at me for it. The morning staff there are absolutely horrible and so slow I sat in the drive through one morning for 25 minutes on my way to work.
