  I’ve given this Subway location in Belle Vernon several chances, but unfortunately the experience hasn’t improved. The food itself is on par with what you’d expect from Subway — consistent and decent — but the bigger issue is the overall environment and professionalism. On multiple visits, staff members have been openly swearing and having conversations about inappropriate and insulting topics within earshot of customers. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for families. During my most recent visit, employees were taking a break in the dining area (see photo), with personal belongings spread across one of the customer tables. What was especially concerning was a half-smoked cigarette left on the table. Seeing that in a food establishment dining area is unacceptable and does not reflect well on the location’s standards. Everyone deserves a break, but it should be done in a way that maintains professionalism and basic cleanliness. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience.

  Stopped today to get a Sandwich for Dinner. Food was Good, Customer Service was Good. Seen y’all had a sign up that you were closing early due to the storms. Hope y’all make it home safe

  Poor customer service. I made an online order at 9pm. Went inside the store at 9:50pm. As soon as I walked inside the store, the staff says “We are closed.” Lie #1 I explained to them I paid for an online order. Staff: we don’t take orders ordered after 9:30pm Me: I completed the order at 9pm After confirming I ordered to the correct Subway to the staff, they make up a lie and say “Oh it must have been re-routed to another Subway” lie #2 This staff needs ethical and customer service training

  This Subway was the only one that was open at 830PM on Saturday night and the two girls that were working tonight were very friendly, accurate with our order and said they were both new. Their service was much appreciated and I wanted to take the time to commend them. Thank you ladies from your customers Sherry and Lennie Jo

  Bacon is mixed in with the cheese so if you don't eat meat you have to look carefully to see if it is mixed up. This happens more than once.
