As soon as I walked inside the store, the staff says “We are closed.” Lie #1 I explained to them I paid for an online order. Staff: we don’t take orders ordered after 9:30pm Me: I completed the order at 9pm After confirming I ordered to the correct Subway to the staff, they make up a lie and say “Oh it must have been re-routed to another Subway” lie #2 This staff needs ethical and customer service training

There was a employee that come out from the back and walked around me, she was able to have eyes on me seeing that I was waiting to order, I got ignored for 5 minutes and eventually decided to walk. Side note: If you want good business don't ignore your customers
