  Let me start by saying that I love Wendy's.....However, the only reason I went to this location was because of the breakfast 2 for $3 deal and convenience. They changed their hours and now open later in the morning and no longer offer breakfast. According to the clerk they didn't have the customer count and corporate office made the decision to reduce hours. Although I am sure that customer count has something to do with their decision, maybe they should look at the reason why their customer count is done. If they did maybe they would see that the staff is a major concern.. .most of the time you don't get a hello when you walk in let alone a good morning when they take your order....you can be the only one in the place, and you still wait at least 5 min before someone comes to take your order. Most of the staff that I have dealt with seem pissed off at being there. I have seen some questionable hirees. I mean when is it ok to be eating your breakfast while taking an order?! I have asked for the manager on 2 occasions and never available... I cant tell you the times I have walked in and saw/ heard a heated discussion between clerk and customer concerning service, orders wrong, missing items, or the items were cold and or old! Like I said.....I can see why there customer count is down...

  Asked for food to be made fresh close to closing time and the manager on duty was understanding and agree to make my order fresh. Thanks for the great food.

  Clean place, friendly faces, fast service, no need to order from a screen... but the dining area was too cold. A meatless burger might serve Wendy's well. Ketchup is self serve from pump rather than small sloppy packets. That is a plus over most McDonalds or Burger Kings.
