- LFLeandra FrysingerMar 13, 20262.0We have been ordering from this location for years. Almost every time there is something that goes wrong. They never have cookies made. So we always have to get a refund instead of them popping a few in the oven and asking us to wait. (I’ve worked at a subway before so I do know how quick and easy it is to throw some cookies in!) ontop of no cookies my kids meatballs were cold and the steak sub we got was also cold. The order wasn’t ready at time which is okay when I’m sure they were busy on a Friday evening. But they had him waiting for 20 minutes past pick up time just for everything to be cold when it should have been hot. They just threw cold cheese slices on top of a protein bowl while the cold meatballs were on the bottom of the bowl. The pickles tasted rotten. No cheese on the salad. It’s always teenage kids (which I do not have a problem with) but none of them ever know what to do. There isn’t ever an adult with them to help in situations like these. I hate writing bad reviews but I’ve had so many bad experiences that it’s time to do so. I’ve actually ordered cookies before and they refused to make any. I went and ordered at the sacs location by Walmart they immediately popped them in the oven for us and called just to say it’ll be a few minutes for them to bake and be boxed up. Clark building location is closest to me but unfortunately I’m going to have to start going to one of the sacs locations. It was only 6pm when I placed the order. So it wasn’t even late where they wouldn’t have had time to.
