To save money, this store uses lettuce even when old and freezes unused cukes at the end of the day, then thaws later. When I brought the bad vegetables up to the two workers, they acted as though there was no problem. For the higher prices Subway charges now, I was very disappointed. No wonder it looked vacant in the store during peak dinner hours.

Got there few minutes beforehand and it was all ready to go. Picked it up, thanked them and left. Got home and our subs were terrible! The bread on all 3 was toasted entirely too dark. We got a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken and a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Steak. Both were drowned in the sauce. My daughter got the Steak & Cheese which wasn't too bad except the bread being toasted too dark. Not sure if the lid came off while they were applying the sauce for the other ones but it made them pret near inedible to eat. We had to remove a majority of the veggies to even finish the halves we did eat. First time ordering in a few months and looked like all new faces so maybe new hires. Hopefully they see this and correct whatever it is was going on.
