Called corporate, still never got refunded. Don't bother calling, either, as we have watched them actively avoid answering the phone and hang up on calls.

On December 12th, 2025, I had came in to pick up an order for DoorDash. When I got there, there was already a line of people waiting for their orders. To keep it short, everyone was very pissed off and rightfully so. I was there for over an hour … my main concern, however, is the LACK OF HYGIENE and basic safety measures that they take at this Papa John’s. I’ve never seen a food establishment so dirty and disgusting. No gloves, no hair nets, no UNIFORMS, no SHOES OR SOCKS! There were 3 people working at the time - 2 men, 1 woman - All not wearing uniforms, and one of the men wore a skirt with bare feet. I highly suggest to anyone craving pizza, to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! It’s more than just the bad customer service or food - your health and safety of you and your loved ones are at risk.

They simply said no food is ready and it will be another 15-30 minutes. It took a hour more of waiting for the food to finally be ready… Difficult to even talk to anyone from the store in English. Save your self the time and trouble and go to a different store.
