  It was hot in there. The employees had the door open but it didn't help them. We ordered one of the new savannah banana milkshakes. When handed to us it was literal liquid with a clump of ice cream in the middle. It was no where near what one would describe a milkshake. When I asked if the milkshake was supposed to be like this a guy, I'm assuming was the MOD, gave me a rude look and said he would fix it. My bf got so mad he told me to leave it and we walked out. The store had a funky smell. Their generic handwashing station had stuff spread through it and that's where the smell was coming from. Do better. The experience there was horrible and this isnt the first time.

  Would not recommend waited for over five minutes at drive thru even after waiting an additional 15 minutes and they couldn't even greet me customer service is horrible would not recommend at all

  Are the manager or owners paying attention to what is going on in there stores? The food looks like a few days old. Not fresh or hot. Something needs to change or this place will get someone really sick.

  The young lady Lilly was friendly and kind. A difficult customer came in after us and she handled it well
