Waited well over 10 minutes, it appeared each other vehicle through the drive-thru was told the same. I figured the wait would mean we'd get fresh fries and/or burgers. Nope!! Our large fries container was not even halfway filled up. And guess what? They had no salt, were limp and cold. The burgers? Also cold. It would take a Jesus turning-water-into-wine caliber miracle to get the cheese slices to melt. Why the wait? It's on me that I didn't open my bag to inspect but I was anxious to leave. I kind of hoped for a freebie for having to wait so long but I didn't even get a "sorry" from the kid who brought it out. Pathetic. How embarrassing for them.

I don’t need that in my life, but if ever I get a craving, I’m writing this review to remind myself never go to the one in BF location. No one in line you still need me to pull to the side to complete hashbrowns. The order is almost completely wrong and the food is undercooked. Sickening. Of course I do not recommend.
