She asked about an item I asked for that was out of stock and explained that she found a close substitute. While that may seem simple, it was so nice of her. I often request that my items are not substituted because the substitutions are never close to what I asked for. Brianna was very sweet. She asked before placing bags on some items that were in my trunk and let me know where the delicate items were placed. Her personality truly brightened my day. Thank you Brianna!!!
