However, the staff refused to put the jam on the croissant and instead told us to do it ourselves. This was very surprising and disappointing. I would like to know if this is part of Dunkin’ policy or rules, because it does not reflect good customer service. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful, which made our experience very unpleasant. We expect better service, especially when ordering something simple for children.
