All I wanted was a simple large bold cup of hot coffee. I swear you would think I was asking for something they're not use to serving. Incredible. I'm from NY, this place wouldn't last a day where I lived. Great coffee, great service and a SELECTION of hot coffees there. Won't be back!

When I got to the counter the lady gave part of the order and was chatting on her personal phone and she kept dismissing me for partial order then freaked out because I said that part of order was missing. I was nice and asked for rest of the order. Unprofessional attitude. She called another person to get the order which she was so nice and got everything missing. This message to the lady that missed the order if you are unsatisfied with the job talk to your supervisor and you need training on customer service.
