- VRVincent RobertsApr 5, 20261.0Terrible experience. We ordered a mobile order for our whole family and we picked it up. First off, I have a question. How is Dunkin out of jelly donuts at ONLY 11 in the morning. Come on Dunkin, do better. 2nd off, the lid wouldn’t fit on the cup of tea. It burned someone in my family when they tried to pick it up. Thirdly, they forgot our hashbrowns!!! We realized 5 minutes later so instead of going home we went back and went into the store. We explained how the lid didn’t fit and how they forgot our hashbrowns. The workers didn’t take us seriously. We said that we would take a picture and upload it to social media, and only then did they get another cup for our tea. Now because they couldn’t have gotten us a new cup of tea in the first place by the time we got back in the car it was lukewarm. For the hashbrowns, they made our orders and gave it to us (finally). Because of all this, when we go home, our food was cold. Here’s some advice: DO. NOT. COME. HERE. This is single handedly the worst experience I have ever had. We will not be coming back.
