As someone who used to love Five Guys, I will never eat here again, after being denied permission to use their restroom. This evening I was doordashing and had just picked up an order for a customer from ACME, but when I realized I’d have a ways to go before arriving to their drop off location, I decided to run into this store, since I’ve never ever had issues with using a Five Guys bathroom. Each staffer told me to look at the code on my receipt. Then they called over their manager who told me they’d been receiving low marks due to Doordashers, and therefore they’re no longer allowing access unless they purchase something… be so for real. I was literally working, delivering orders to people, and the manager told me to go back to ACME rather than being a decent human being and letting me take 1 minute to use their bathroom. I’m sure corporate seemingly loves this kind of radical enforcer, especially one who is so easily willing to deny people of a biological circumstance, but as for me and anyone I know, it’s a wrap. Is that really what the company wants their customers to feel like? Subhuman? Not allowed to use a bathroom due to “low scores”, or whatever that means? And if that manager/supervisor is reading this right now I hope you know, you care more about a company that would gladly replace you in a heartbeat. How’s it feel to be in an unrequited relationship? Satisfying?

Wouldn't let me use the bathroom before ordering. Lost themselves a customer. I've been coming to this location for years. Dumb decisions have consequences. ... Yeah maybe I'll take your survey 5 Guys ownership. I will consider it. But it's really quite simple: I've been coming to this location for years now. Food is always good. (Until now) the service and atmosphere have been excellent. But I refuse to patronize a restaurant that will force me to wait in line and complete a monetary transaction before I can use the bathroom. This whole "the bathroom code is on your receipt" thing is nonsense. Give out the code upon request or don't expect me to ever set foot in or spend a single dollar at this location again. Hell it's kinda turning me off of the whole 5 Guys brand entirely. Given how expensive you all are I might as well spend a few dollars more and support a local sit-down restaurant instead of a corporate chain.

The burger wasn’t hot. Mayo was dripping off the burger, perhaps the lettuce was wet. That beefy grease taste was lacking. I was so looking forward to biting into this burger! My daughter said her burger was good. Maybe I’ll let her pay next time 😂 The fries were not hot either!
