"A supermarket of all places" this is why I played at this location because I didn't think that it would be a problem cashing if I won. I'm noticing this is a common problem when you're trying to cash a Pa lottery ticket. You can play at any lottery retailer but very few cash you out for anything over $300 . It's 1130 am however you would think they would have a few hundred to cash you out. For those who are reading this that play please beware play at your own risk.
