    I don’t know if the kids in the store were just having a bad day or what but totally screwed up my order, give him one more chance but if it happens again that will be the end of Taco Bell

    The funniest thing about this location is the amount of advertising for hiring here. Guess the hourly wage, I’ll give you a second. $12 an hour. Taco Bell do better. My burrito and drink cost $12 Got a nice sloppy burrito that was edible and did not have following bathroom issues. Second Taco Bell I have now been to

    Pretty solid food. Some order mistakes, but they remedy it within 5 minutes if it happens. I HATE the A.I. ordering system in the drive through. You can't hire staff?? That's awful, and it is too loud

    I placed an order through the taco bell mobile app and had selected drive thru as my pick up option. And there was no notice saying that this was unavailable to do. So I went to the Avondale, PA location to pick up my food. As I drove up to the speaker and said that I was there picking up my mobile order, I was rudely interrupted and was told that it was on a rack inside. Now, if I had known that, I wouldn't have placed the order. And I am crippled, so I couldn't walk inside. So I had to call my husband to drive all the way to pick up our food that is now waiting for us, when I could have picked it up. The lady had cut me off and said that policy had changed. And if so, then it should have told me on the website. I will be calling customer service when it is open, and I will be posting online and I will not be coming back to this taco bell. That was very unprofessional and as myself being in customer service retail, not the way to treat your customers. And again, I am crippled and the pickup for the app orders was very convenient. And I feel discriminated against and the disrespect was outrageous.
