  This location really needs to have more than one employee managing the store. Four people have left while I wait for a coffee I pre ordered 20 minutes ago. Having one guy trying to keep up with 20+ orders is a bit much.

  I really didn’t want to give this place zero stars but this was a terrible experience, when I first arrived I wasn’t even greeted at the counter the employee just walked past me for like 10 mins, my order was simple I wanted 2 bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and 1 sausage egg and cheese croissant and two orders of hashbrowns. I explained my order 3 times and I even double checked my order and the employee that was making it said they put that I wanted two muffins and 4 orders of sandwiches. They gave me rude looks and didn’t even refund me for charging me for the wrong order the employee at the counter handed me two donuts and said here this is for what we charged you. I really had high hopes that this place would improve but every single time I’m here my order is messed up and in the photo I put there’s no bacon in the bacon egg and cheese croissant.   Guy was good but it took over 15 min to get my stuff. He was all alone. Needs more staff especially in the morning.

  Best donuts and coffee around and AMAZING customer service!! Such genuine employees who really care about their customers! Highly recommend
