  I ordered two drinks 3 donuts and 2 sandwiches the one drive thru worker give everything but the food and gave a bag with a doughnut in it and said have a nice day got home to find no food but and extra donut to have to drive all the way back oh plus they gonna say you just drove off no you had the extra doughnut and said have a nice day this is the worst DD open they have all young girls in there and nobody knows what their doing my frozen drink was supposed to have extra Carmel drizzle it doesn’t have any after repeating the order I don’t really recommend this DD go somewhere else then one sandwich the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way the other one the bacon was crispy the cheese on both wasn’t melted and they was cold didn’t offer to remake them or nothing I will never go back for nothing as long as them kids are there it’s SUNDAY and I had to get messed up food over top of the whole situation yea it’s beyond me then there’s no adult there go somewhere else I rather you go to Brownsville road they are way more professional they make you wanna spend money I can’t believe this and I’ve been here multiple times I repeat never again

  they seriously just need to close this location 😭 weirdo at the drive thru window was yelling at a young worker while simultaneously yelling at us at the drive thru window because they literally made us the wrong order (happens every time, don't know why i'd expect different). for the love of god, just go down a little further to starbucks or up the hill to the bakery for your donuts. they are all miserable, nasty, and lazy here.

  I'm thankful for the convenience of living 2 minutes away, but 100% of the time I go there, my drink, which is always the same, tastes different. 3/5 for lack of consistency

  Me and husband love our hot tea we get! The cool mint is delicious! :) But we love every drink we get! :)

  Our Grandchildren spent the night and they wanted donuts. My oldest grandson (6) and I dive thru and ordered a dozen. Once we got home and in the kitchen, my Grandson opened the box and was instantly disappointed. He asked me "why does my donut look weird?". I ordered 5 Pittsburgh Creme donuts- and upon opening the box, we realized that we received 5 BOSTON Creme donuts. (NO ONE in our house likes Boston Creme). I then had to inform my other grandson (who was very impatiently waiting at the table for his donut) that he couldn't have a donut yet, because we had to go back. Once we returned and entered the store, we stood - being completely ignored- for someone to EVENTUALLY wait on us. Being with my Grandson, I remained very calm and courteous... something really tested when I was FINALLY acknowledged. The young lady who was PAINFULLY SLOWLY making a drink (appearing to have ZERO desire to be working) finally acknowledged me. When I stated that I had ordered through the drive-thru and received the wrong donuts, she immediately rolled her eyes and showed irritation. She rudely asked what was wrong and just stared at me as I explained that I ordered PITTSBURGH Creme but received BOSTON...not moving, not trying to fix anything. Another young lady stepped over and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation AGAIN, and she grabbed the box that I had driven to my house in my car with, that my GRANDSON opened by himself (no guarantee that he didn't touch anything); grabbed the Boston Creme donuts out AND PUTH THEM BACK IN THE CASE WITH THE OTHER DONUTS and then gave me the correct donuts...before just walking away. Aside from the fact that I received the wrong donuts, had to burn money in gas making an extra trip to come back and dealing with lazy ignorant employees....the fact that they just put donuts back is a HUGE ISSUE. This is a major health code violation!!! There are sick people out there - who knows what COULD have been done to those donuts!!!! Even just the possibility of someone touching them and spreading germs or sickness on those donuts!!!! This makes me REALLY not want to EVER return here!! SO GROSS AND UNSAFE!!!!
