This Chipotle is... Disappointing at best. I have ordered here numerous times and have found myself crushingly disappointed in the quality every time. I don't know why I keep going, I suppose in hopes that it will get better, but it never seems to.
The employees, they seem disinterested at best and upset by your presence at worst. When you walk in, even if the store is empty, they all roll their eyes and make you wait there until they finally find a sacrifice to go and talk to you. Look, I know you're working a minimum wage job, but have some professionalism, behaving like cranky toddlers any time someone steps into your store is ridiculous. If you're going to act like that, you might as well find a job where you don't have to interact with people. It's a shame that management doesn't correct behavior like this when it is so clearly an issue. The culture must be dreadful if so many of their employees are miserable. It's horrible having to interact with them, they barely acknowledge you and basically throw your food at you to try and get you out as quick as possible. If you have any questions or need help with something, you get heavy sighs and aggressive responses. I wish I could pinpoint one person, but this issue truly is the entire store.
That's not even getting into the food. The portion sizes are a complete and utter joke. They barely fill up a bowl when you order the burrito bowl. It costs too much to shortchange customers like that! I know this is a problem at a lot of different Chipotle's, but it seems like it has been especially bad at this one. If everything is an upcharge, at least ensure I am getting the proper amount of everything. I also have to wonder how fresh everything is. The last time my wife and I visited, we both ended up getting some pretty nasty food poisoning. Considering Chipotle was the last thing we ate, we have to assume that it was caused by them. Maybe double check your ingredients and make sure everyone is washing their hands.
The lobby is also a joke. The tables always seem dirty and they barely have enough space for anyone to sit down and enjoy a meal with their family. It's very awkward and makes it far easier just to take it home and hope it's not cold by then.
I've been to other locations around here and they've been exceedingly better. The employees are friendlier and the portion sizes are much much more reasonable. I think I'll stick with the other locations, clearly this one needs some work. Maybe hire some more people, or maybe a change up in management is needed.

Usually don't post negative reviews but was standing at the order point for 11 minutes just to be ignored by the 5 employees that were working at the time. One was busy making rice and the other 4 were over in the drive thru section. About 245pm on. Sunday.

Joe! This young man engaged with me like I was his brother that he knew for years. He asked me how my day was going, he lead his shift of pure positivity, he went above and beyond to find a solution when we realized the number one ingredient of veggies I was looking for were out and going to take time to prepare. He provided a solution and made sure I had veggies before I even paid for my bowl. He has a level of quality customer service that made me feel welcomed to this branch of chipotle, more than I ever have at any other branch! If everyone here embodies that level of positivity, service and leadership, this will become the #1 chipotle branch, hands down. Thank you Joe for the legendary customer service experience. 💯
