- JSJustin Swofford4 days ago2.0I am not a big complainer when it comes to food and I've been using this Chipotle location for a long time, normally no issues (except a poorly packed delivery a few weeks ago that spilled, but they refunded it). But today things crossed the line. I ordered from Grubhub and there was a chewed piece of gum waiting for me at the bottom of my burrito bowl. Gross.

Finally when served they ran out of cheese at 7 pm and when asked if I could get the cheese from the other side where they do online orders, they said no. How are they going to deny me when I’m paying for potential customers? Also when I told them they were out of both Sprite and Dr. Pib I thought they were going to cry from having to do their job. What a joke!

I went there at 8:00 PM to order a bowl with sofritas, but the employee told me they didn’t have any left, even though the store doesn’t close until 10:00 PM. This is not the first time this has happened. I also asked for a sauce, and they said they didn’t have that either. It feels like the staff are not doing their jobs properly.
