From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what really made my visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service from Laylaa. She took her time explaining the menu, helped me choose the perfect items, and made sure I understood all the options. Her patience, friendliness, and genuine care truly stood out. The food was delicious, and thanks to Laylaa's recommendations, I ended up trying things I probably wouldn't have picked on my own - and I loved every bite! It's rare to find customer service this good, and she definitely made my visit a great one. Highly recommend this location, and huge shoutout to Laylaa for going above and beyon
- TTthestickynook4 days ago1.0The transgender employee that was working when I came in at 9:45 tonight November 20th 2025 was so disgustingly rude about my too good to go bowl. She took a bowl and flung 2-3 random vegetables sides in it and handed it to me. Since there was still pretty much everything left I asked if I could get some chicken. She called me ungrateful twice and her manager had to step in and calm her down. The kind of attitude you’d expect from a McDonald’s employee. Also what’s the point of having two good to go if it’s just going to be veggies? This was my dinner that I waited all night for. Shame on the ugly troll that served me tonight!
- SPShana Patterson4 days ago1.0Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here at the Cava in suburban square. The staff was unprofessional and especially the woman who took my order. She acted like I was an inconvenience. I ordered a salad and she barely put any romaine in my bowl. It barely covered the bottom of the bowl. When I asked for more, she acted like I was the most annoying person in the world and rolled her eyes to her co worker right in front of my face and didn’t seem to care that I noticed that. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. They acted like we were an inconvenience for coming in to order something to eat. It was ridiculous. It made my whole experience there extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave. Even the food wasn’t made with care. The meat was on the colder side and the stations were a mess. The people who work there clearly hate their job. And I wish I could get the name of the woman who was SO rude to me but they don’t wear name tags. All I remember was she had a yellow hair wrap on her head. I will never be returning to this location ever again. Extremely disappointed.
