Brisket was solid but honestly eating it after the beef ribs and oxtail probably artificially reduced my experience because the first two were so outstanding. The rock shrimp is a super generous portion and just great. The mango habanero sauce on these just keeps building and building on you. I prefer a wetter, heavier cornbread so I was expecting the cornbread to be a letdown but idk what the guys here do to it, the flavor is so clean and savory and lingers nicely on your palate after the meal. Already thinking of when I can make it out again. Just a great spot.
